The most powerful times of the day are first things in the morning and the time just before you slumber. If you wish to live in the Flow State these are the times you should do your flowing processes. The flowing process is simple, yet powerful. To get the most benefit from it you need to do it consistently. Optimally, if you can Flow for at least 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening, you will greatly accelerate your process. But if you are in a hurry, even flowing for 5 minutes in the morning and in the evening will have dramatic results and put you in the Flow.
